Free Firewood Program

Down and fallen trees create wildfire hazards, but also can be sources of fuel for our community. Our holistic approach to forest management utilizes hazardous trees and woody debris and turns them into free firewood. We partner with local community centers, mutual aid organizations, and firewood banks to provide warmth for families in need.

Warming Homes, Reducing Wildfire Risk

Our Free Firewood Program transforms hazardous trees and woody debris into a vital resource for our community.

We collect, process, and distribute free, dry, seasoned firewood to those in need by partnering with local organizations.

Like a Food Bank, a firewood bank serves as a lifeline for individuals and families struggling to afford basic necessities. For many in our community, firewood is a matter of health, safety, and well-being, especially during harsh winters.

By providing free firewood, we're helping to bridge the gap for those who might otherwise go without heat.

Need firewood or know someone who does? We're here to help.
